Wayluma
An adult daughter holds her elderly mother close, both with their eyes closed.

For the family holding it together

Finally know what's covered, and what it'll cost.

Your parent’s Medicare and Medicaid mail, in plain words. You know what each letter is, what it may cost your family, like the “Maximum You May Be Billed” line on a Medicare statement, and which office can confirm it before you pick up the phone.

No account and no card. Look around a sample family’s page for their mom, Eleanor.

Where Wayluma Differs

Both

Medicare + Medicaid, read together

Including where they meet, like the long-term care Medicaid pays for and Medicare largely doesn’t.

50

States with a free SHIP counselor

Wayluma points you to yours, and to the Medicaid office and Social Security, which decide.

Numbers Wayluma makes up

Every amount and deadline comes off your parent’s own notice. Anything not printed there is left out.

Plain words for both programs. A denial’s appeal date is shown where it’s printed, even when that’s page two.

The Offices That Decide

Wayluma knows the door and never claims the key. Each reading ends with the office that decides.

What Wayluma reads

Drop in the pile. Get back plain words.

Snap a photo of the letter or upload the PDF. Wayluma tells you what it is and what it means, like whether a plan statement is a bill. What isn’t printed on the page, it leaves out.

A desk overwhelmed with medical statements, envelopes, reading glasses and a legal pad.
A table buried in medical statements, envelopes and a legal pad.

Read the Coverage

Which program sent the notice, what it means and the choices it gives your family, for Medicare and Medicaid alike.

See the Cost

Premiums, deductibles, the Part D drug cap and an Advantage plan’s out-of-pocket limit, read off your parent’s own statements.

Find the Help

Medicare Savings Programs, Extra Help, PACE and SHIP, named when your parent’s paperwork points to one.

Catch the Deadline

The right to appeal and the date it runs out, shown where it’s printed on your parent’s notice, even when that’s page two.

See How
“For the first time since Dad’s stroke, I opened the mail and didn’t feel my stomach drop. Wayluma told me what each letter was, what it meant, and exactly who to call.”

Medicare and Medicaid

Know which program pays, and for what.

Wayluma reads Medicaid notices as closely as Medicare ones and tells you which program sent each one. Whether your parent qualifies is the program’s call, and Wayluma names the office that makes it.

The Medicare side

MSNs, plan EOBs, ANOC / EOC, prior-authorization and denial letters.

The Medicaid side

Eligibility notices, long-term-care & HCBS waivers, fair-hearing rights.

One calm place

Everyone who helps, finally on the same page.

Invite the siblings, the spouse and the paid caregiver, free. Everyone sees what each letter said and the dates printed on it, so nobody has to wonder who called the doctor.

A shared family timeline

Every note, appointment and reading in one feed the whole family sees.

Roles & invitations

Unlimited family members on the free plan, with roles for who can add things and who can only read.

Five Promises

We’d rather say nothing than guess.

A wrong appeal date does more harm than a blank one. So Wayluma leaves out anything it can’t find printed on your parent’s own paperwork.

We never invent a number.
Before you see a reading, a check removes any amount, date or program that isn’t printed in your parent’s document. A test fails the build if that check is ever unplugged.
We never tell you that you qualify.
Wayluma explains what a notice means. The state, Social Security or the plan decides who qualifies, and Wayluma tells you which to call.
When it isn’t sure, it says nothing.
An answer it can’t trace to your parent’s document is removed before you see it, and the reading says so.
Your family’s data is yours.
Each family’s records are walled off in the database, and only the people you invite can open them. Wayluma doesn’t sell your data, show ads against it or hand it to data brokers.
We don’t train AI on your documents.
A real document goes to the AI model only once the provider has confirmed it won’t train on it or keep it.

One admission. Every coverage note was checked against official Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security sources by two independent AI passes on July 13, 2026. A benefits lawyer’s review is still to come, so every note ends with the office that can say for certain.

Opening State by State

Be the first when Wayluma opens for your family.

Leave your email and we’ll tell you when the full coverage reader opens. No card needed.

When the deep Medicare and Medicaid reader opens, how would you rather pay? (Optional. It helps us set a fair price.)

Knows the door. Never claims the key.

Wayluma never tells you that your parent qualifies or gives medical or legal advice. It reads the coverage with you and hands you the number to call: the plan, your state Medicaid office, Social Security or a free SHIP counselor.
